Return & Exchange Policy

At ATELIEROSE, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Items can be returned within the same day of delivery.

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund (excluding delivery fees) will be issued.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

Delivery fee applies to all orders and is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

Delivery fees will not be refunded.
