Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At ATELIEROSE, your satisfaction matters. If your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, we are here to assist.


We Accept Returns and Refunds


1. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned on the same day of delivery or the 2nd Day.

To avoid paying double delivery fees and completing a payment that may later need to be reversed if your order was made with cash on delivery, you can try the item on the spot when the driver delivers it. If you choose not to keep it, you may return it immediately to the driver, and you will only be charged one delivery fee.

If you prefer to return the item within 2 days after delivery, the delivery company will charge an additional pickup fee. Please note that returns are accepted only up to the 2nd day after delivery, no later.

Once we receive the returned package, our team will inspect the item. Items must be completely unused, unworn, free of any odors, including perfume or deodorant smells and all original tags must also be attached to the garment.

If the item shows any scent or signs of use it will not be eligible for a refund

If the item meets all return conditions, we will issue a refund for the full paid amount.


If the order was paid by cash, the refund will be issued via WISH.

If the order was paid by card, the refund will be returned to the same card used for the purchase.

 

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same model or a different model, subject to stock availability.

If there is a price difference between items, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear

Swimwear

Earrings


4. Delivery Policy

Delivery fees apply to all orders and are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Delivery: 2–5 business days

International Delivery: Via DHL Express and estimated delivery time of 5 business days

 

Delivery Channels

Domestic: Aramex or Wakilni

International: Aramex, DHL, or International Postal Services

In-Store Pickup: Available; customers will be notified when their order is ready.

 

Delivery Fees

Domestic Delivery: $6

International Delivery: $20

In-Store Pickup: Free

Tracking will be provided when available.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, including original and return shipping fees.
